Jasmin Hayle graduated from the ‘Advance Massage Therapy’ program at Georgian College in 2009. She is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and has been practising in Integrated Health Connections since completing her studies.

She has training in prenatal, lymphatic and Swedish massage. While she has experience in treating sports injuries, headaches, fibromyalgia, arthritis, brain injury and diabetes, she has a particular interest in using massage to address those individuals who suffer with anxiety and sleep and depression disorders. Jasmin also has training in Reiki and Cupping with can be incorporated into part or all of her treatment when requested.

Over the years she has gathered a following of faithful clients who appreciate her attention to detail, easy going nature, and genuine concern for their health. It is important to her that clients understand what is going on and she takes the time to listen and explain things to them.

When she is not treating, Jasmin enjoys staying active and spending time with her family.

Dr. Sarah Racicot is a registered chiropractor in Ontario and a member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario. She has practised in Barrie since 2004 and founded Integrated Health Connections in 2015.

Sarah takes time to listen, assess your concerns and explain your care options. She works with children and adults, including people during pregnancy and athletes at many levels. Care is tailored to each person and may include soft tissue release, joint mobilization or adjustments, instrument adjusting, acupuncture, shockwave therapy, taping, orthotics, and exercises, when appropriate.

Sarah has a degree in kinesiology and a background in athletic therapy and personal training. A former competitive hockey player, she was part of a national championship Team Ontario team and earned CIAU All-Star and Academic All-Canadian honours.
