Every session is a combination of examination and treatment. Painful areas are treated by combining precise tension with very specific client movements. It may be uncomfortable during the movement phase of treatment. This occurs as the neurological system is being stimulated to restore normal function and eliminate pain.

This treatment is performed over the clothes with no oil, please wear non-restrictive clothing that will allow you to move freely.

Jasmin Hayle graduated from the ‘Advance Massage Therapy’ program at Georgian College in 2009. She is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and has been practising in Integrated Health Connections since completing her studies.

She has training in prenatal, lymphatic and Swedish massage. While she has experience in treating sports injuries, headaches, fibromyalgia, arthritis, brain injury and diabetes, she has a particular interest in using massage to address those individuals who suffer with anxiety and sleep and depression disorders. Jasmin also has training in Reiki and Cupping with can be incorporated into part or all of her treatment when requested.

Over the years she has gathered a following of faithful clients who appreciate her attention to detail, easy going nature, and genuine concern for their health. It is important to her that clients understand what is going on and she takes the time to listen and explain things to them.

When she is not treating, Jasmin enjoys staying active and spending time with her family.

Dr. Sarah has had the privilege of providing Injury Rehabilitation, Family Wellness and pre/post pregnancy care in Barrie, Ontario since 2004. She is passionate about educating and empowering individuals to take control of their health journey.

Looking beyond the problem to address the whole person treatments are tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual whether pregnant woman, child or senior. Through the years, she has worked with athletes from all levels; Weekend Warriors, Olympians, Ironman Athletes, Marathon Runners and Dancers.

As a Chiropractor with a degree in Kinesiology and a background in Athletic Therapy and Personal Training, she uses a combination of various Chiropractic techniques (Adjusting, gentle mobilizations and Activator Instrument), Soft Tissue Release, Acupuncture, Orthotics, Kinesio Taping, Strength & Stretching programs in her treatments.
